Castiglione del Lago is one of the most important and beautiful villages of Lake Trasimeno and it has an ancient origins. The Etruscans were the first to settle and develop this territory and after them was been the Romans. The medieval imprint that the town still maintains today is thanks to the Signori Della Corgna, owners of the lake starting from the '500. This powerful family created one of the most amazing medieval town in the region.

DESCRIPTION OF BUILDING
The main house is on two levels and is composed of: 5 rooms and a two-room apartment on the first floor and the restaurant with 120/150 seats on the ground floor. The restaurant serves delicious typical Umbrian-Tuscan dishes.
On the opposite side of the main building there is the manor house with 4 apartments on the ground floor (2 two-room apartments and 2 three-room apartments) and a double room.
The three little villas are perfect for who want to enjoy greater independence and they are divided into:
- little villa of 35 square meters with double bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom
- little villa of 60 sqm with double bedroom, kitchen, living room and private bathroom
- little villa of 75 square meters with two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and private bathroom
The total number of beds is 56.
The structure of the "club lounge" is ideal for events and conferences but can also be well adapted to create other rooms for the guests.
An entire building, near the reception for the guests, is currently used as a shop to sell local products to guests and tourists.

STATE AND FINISHES
The agriturismo was born as a farm and still maintains this character. The structure, which dates back to the 18th century, has been restored with great care, to preserve its historical heritage and to keep intact the characteristic finishes: wooden beams for the ceilings, Umbrian terracotta for the floors and walls in local stone. The entire structure is in excellent condition.
The property is currently used for tourist accommodation and, at the time of purchase, the future owners will be able to continue the activity. The excellent location and all the comforts make the property perfect also as a private residence or summer residence.
